    Hiya!

About the comment you left on my blog...  The difference between women and men.. and those rules I posted...  Is that most men don't tolerate those things so women know if they do those things they are either going to end up with a loser or they are going to end up alone.  That doesn't mean women don't do it.  It just means if a guy says *Um.. You drink too much and embarrass me in front of my friends...  So I'm gonna move on to someone else now*... women dont have a hard time understanding why and the guy's friends sure arent going to tell him he's being unreasonable or controlling.

Women on the other hand... for some reason.. a lot of women do put up with that stuff and even make excuses for it... *He forgot to call me this week because he's so busy...  He only flirts with my friends to try to make me jealous because he wants to know I love him*, etc.  Yes.. women actually DO say those things to their selves and to each other as well.  So a lot of guys get used to getting away with that stuff and actually even grow to expect us to just tolerate it.  When they run into one of us who will tell a guy to buzz off because of it, we get called irrational or *too demanding/controling*.. and we get labled the B word.... even by other women.

So I guess I'm a B then.  I can live with that a heck of a lot easier than I could live with making excuses for someone who treats me like crap.

    Hello Brian:
Thanks for the visit. Things are better. I just had my final exam at last. I want to get a job for the summer. The government resolved the economical situation with a loan and things are back to normal for now. I added a link with the news about that on the same blog. I hope thing are fine with you.
    Take care,

    Hello Brian:
Referring to your comment: Everyone is very worried, I included. The government closing all the public schools of my country is only a sign of the state of our economy. They say it's temporarily, but nobody knows for sure. This affects everyone gravely because the prices of everything are going up and salary's are not. And now with this, it's even worse. I know a lot of people who are teachers and know are obligated to apply for help from the government because they are unemployed. It shook me up so severely that I wrote a blog about it. I hope this situation is resolved quickly.
    Sincerely,
    Ilka

Thanks for stopping at my site and I do appreciate the photos of Argentina.  So beautiful.  I must say, I am in awe of the love that you proclaim to your wife.  People search their entire lives in hopes of finding that special someone to share, to live, to love their lives together.  It must be heaven.  I really enjoy your space and will be back.

    Cheers

    Hi Brian!

Hope you're having a good day, and that you're sseing some new visitors from the showcase effort.

I only wish your page did not take soooo long to load up for me, so I could visit more often. Dunno if it's MY 'puter (I'm sure that's part of it), but somtimes it takes up to 5-7 minutes for your page to load up, and THEN, after I read comment, and exit, my 'puter locks up and I have to reboot... Hate when that happens... * chuckling *

    *sigh* Oh well...

See you again soon, my friend.

    BRIAN!
Finally, I have gained access to your space!  I have tried several times in the past month or so, but either it is my computer or your space...maybe you have many grafics and my computer is too slow and ignorant...anyway, I HAVE MISSED YOU TOO!

I have been so very busy with the girls, doing many re-decorating to my home, both in and out, family, physical therapy, blah blah blah....so I have had to pull away from blogville somewhat.....duh!  it is obvious huh?

I have however a list of a few friends here I strive to keep in touch with as much as time allows and then i try to return comments from those who have come by my space....YOU ARE ON THE LIST OF THOSE I STRIVE TO KEEP IN TOUCH WITH...but I have had no success up until now.

So, first, I love your photos...the lagoon looks beautiful and tranquil...the mountains of snow awesome and your tia and niece are a representation showing the loving family you are now a part of....a true gift indeed!  Of course Laura is the top of the list of gifts and Blessings, but that goes without me saying...as you have shared so well your love for her.

I see you on Greg's place...I get there more than most, but rarely have time to comment...he is teaching us all so very much and I look forward to food for thought from him!  I see you too enjoy.

Of course Steve is still so wonderful...and hysterical....I personally loved the story of his bubble bath...tell me you read it...and if not....go RIGHT NOW...it is soooo funny!

So, have you been spilling any coffee on Mr.Clean's carpet?  lol
I have confessed up to choosing my battles on a clean house...and yes, one could eat off my floor, but not for the cleaniless, but all the crumbs....LOL  cheerios are a big hit! Once a week is all I can do for that....but I have gotten at least Chloe well trained in our motto: Everything in it's place and a place for everything!  Annie, still has not grasped that concept...so she keeps me plenty busy!  No complaints, my Blessings, my Blessings.

I am waiting for the girls to get to sleep, they are urging me to go to sleep, all so the Easter Bunny can do his/her thing!
We have really reached a great understanding and family love and communication with Jesus here at my household....my kids are becoming such prayer warriors...I am amazed and so very happy....guess I am doing something right....and praying for our kids is a must....I know you know that one.

Okay, well, I must cut off as the kiddies are fighting over the carrots for the bunny....how big, how many, where to place them....fun fun fun.

Happy Easter to you, Laura and your family!
I join you in celebrating the GREATEST DAY of our lives....as we remember the RESURECTION of Our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

hugs, prayers and wishes to you and Laura for all the joy we can find thru Him,
    IN HIS GRIP
    your friend

p.s. you have my email still? if you ever wish feel free to go there as I make it a point of checking that daily...versus my space...when I can!
okay, really going now....I love chatting with you and have missed you and your crazy fun loving blogs and comments.  BTW, I could not read any blog here...had to leave and come back two times before i was able to get to the guestbook....what up?

    Hi Brian,

I wanted to tell you that I decided to delete that entry I just posted. As I was writing it, it seemd very funny to me. But after I posted it, and re-read it, it didn't seem so funny, so I decided to can it.

By that time, you had apparently already come in and commented on it. I'm truly sorry for that, but by now I'm sure you know how much I value your comments, and your support.

Wanted to let you know so you wouldn't be surprised next time you visit.

Thanks for you understanding my friend,

I study Spanish every day. Like you, I enjoy learning. I may never have a use for it again, but it's good for my brain to brush up and it's also such a beautiful language, so it's like poetry to me.  I study not only the Spanish language but the differences in Mexican Spanish, South American, Spain, Cuba, Puerto Rico, etc. It is simply fascinating to me. My godfather (age 90) was Dean of Languages at Berzerkeley and he and I talk on the phone almost every day, so he helps me a lot.

    Brian,

Just wanted to tell you how much I

    appreciate your participation in the

    Showcase. From the comments and

the emails I’m getting it seems like folks

are enjoying taking part in our little

    experiment. I’ve been blog-walking

every day now for almost a solid week,

and need to get back to writing.

But I’ll be back in a few days to catch up.

    Thanks again,
